Elena Lisá
I work at the Institute of Applied Psychology, Faculty of Social and Economic Sciences, Comenius University in Bratislava. My current research interests are mental health in organizations and safe relationships in the workplace. For a long time, my love has been personality psychology and psychological assessment in the work. I have used my extensive experience with theory extensively in counselling and adult education, as well as in practice as an HR consultant or manager.
I have experience in counselling, coaching and research in the field of work and organisation. For twenty years I have been working on what can be changed in a person and what needs to be adapted appropriately. I believe the science when it says that the neuroplasticity of the brain is unlimited by age and therefore I know that a person can change their life at any time if they choose not to let go.
What have I addressed in more depth? It is the topics of human traits, human nature, career, motivation, engagement and satisfaction, stress and burn out, safety in interpersonal relationships, personal development in difficult life situations, and experiencing secure attachment in the workplace.
